Refund policy

Each piece is handcrafted with care in our Staffordshire workshop, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original box. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund (unless the item is faulty).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Faulty or damaged items

Please check your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@natureshome.uk. Please include a photo of the issue so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Please note that wood is a natural product. Variations in grain pattern, colour, and texture are part of the character of each handcrafted piece and are not considered faults.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products (such as commissions or personalized items), consumable items once opened (such as chopping board oils), and gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund is approved. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@natureshome.uk

Please note that for non-faulty returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Exchanges

Because our pieces are often unique or limited in edition, we don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the returns instructions above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
